SX-1型铜基一氧化碳中温变换催化剂用于合成氨厂或制氢工艺中，使一氧化碳和水蒸汽生成氢和二氧化碳，可替代传统的铁~铬系高变催化剂。该催化剂具有优良的耐热后活性，能在较宽范围汽气比下和比低变操作温度略高的条件下使用，能承受较高的生产负荷，具有较长的使用寿命。因此，有利于合成氨厂和制氢厂的节能降耗，其性能已达到国际领先水平。
SX-1 Copper-based Moderate Temperature CO-Shift Conversion Catalyst is used for ammonia and hydrogen making plant to produce CO2 and hydrogen from CO and steam which can alternative the traditional High Temperature CO-Shift Conversion Catalyst(Fe-Cr series). It features good activity in environment of middle temperature, good work at low Steam/Gas ratio, high production load and long service life. All can lead to energy saving and cost reduction of ammonia and hydrogen making plant. Its properties are in the leading level around the world.
